EMU’s partnership with brand and design agency Cinco (based in Portland, Oregon) has taken the
brand beyond its sheepskin heritage and into a 365 day expression of the Ever Natural. Always
building on the EMU brand pillars; Natural, Innovative, Comfortable, Enduring and Boundless.
“Understanding the importance of innovation, we’re continuing to invest in new footwear platforms
and technologies,” says Managing Director Paul Neate.
EMU introduces a 365-day Balance collection including 16 options for Fall 15, where casual style
meets feminine sophistication, inspired by pre and post sports luxe.
EMU’s City and Meadow collections tailor to the EMU woman looking for footwear that can be worn
from 9 to 9, featuring rich layered materials and nishes where every detail matters, offering lightweight
comfort stories and new sole technology.
“EMU women are looking for footwear in the nest quality and materials that are stylish yet comfortable,”
says EMU North America President, Dan Singer.
The innovative Waterproof products are a highlight, including two new sub-categories, the Snowy
and Nomad, providing natural style in the rain or snow.
“Après-skiers will love the Snowy collection and the two lightweight Nomad styles feature active
outsoles, perfect for the outdoors,” says EMU Europe CEO, Andy Knowles.
“Technically the entire EMU Waterproof collection is superior, independently accredited to 150,000
exes, with a thermal rating to -22F (-30C), perfect for fashion and outdoor retailers,” says Knowles.
EMU’s popular Beach collection, which is the connective tissue to the brand’s heritage, has been
rened and expanded, with nine new deluxe merino wool options, perfect for everyday adventures
for those who want exibility.
