A newly launched consultancy service is helping retailers’ increase their basket spend and pick up some great new ideas to communicate with the customer.
Known as "Rapid" the new consultancy team was launched by Stockport-based manufacturer UK Point of Sale at the Convenience Retail Exhibition Show.
Aimed at all retailers, including small franchises, convenience stores, large food chains, café or sandwich bars, Rapid’s consultants are on hand to help maximise sales and help with those promotional conundrums. Rapid will take a fresh look at a business and come up with creative ideas to boost productivity.
Moreover, UK Point of Sale offer a unique service for all customers - if they do not have a product that fits a customer’s specification, they will create a bespoke product just for them.
Sales and marketing director at UK Point of Sale, Debbie Jamieson comments: "The point of sale market has moved on from one size fits all, customers have very specific needs, but may be having difficulty finding the right product for them. We spotted a gap in the market and have launched Rapid in response to that need.
