Children’s shoe company Start-rite is pleased to announce the appointment of Joost Meijerink as its new International Sales Manager. Joost brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, gained through 20 years of working with world-class manufacturing companies. He joins Start-rite from Safety Devices International, where he was responsible for worldwide sales to prestigious global brands such as Land Rover, Jaguar and Aston Martin.
Start-rite’s joint managing director, David Attwood said: "We are delighted to have Joost on the team and believe he will be a great asset to the company. His understanding of international markets and how they operate will help boost sales and brand awareness amongst customers worldwide, which is one of our key business objectives for the next few years".
Joost’s aim is to continue to grow international business by expanding distribution networks and tapping into new markets.
