Sensational Fashion Event, Boutique by Chic Moves To Manchester...

The unique fashion accessory event Boutique by Chic has announced their move to a brand new venue in Manchester: Event City which is owned by and adjacent to the spectacular Trafford Centre, which at 28,000 sq.m is the second largest exhibition venue outside London, benefitting from extremely good access, free parking and a wealth of superb restaurants, hotels, bars and extensive facilities for families, including cinemas, skiing, high wire aerial adventures, Legoland, bowling, golf driving range etc... all on-site!

The City of Manchester itself is close by and renowned for it’s friendly atmosphere, biggest choice of theatres outside the West End, fabulous museums, concert halls, art galleries and of course the legendary nightlife with thousands of bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Shuttle buses run regularly from the city to the Trafford centre and taxi’s are quick and inexpensive too.

‘Boutique by Chic’ organiser Mark Greenhalgh said that he has been constantly asked about the possibilities of moving the Boutique shows to either London or Manchester to provide a cool and fashionable destination for buyers to enjoy the whole experience of their buying trip, not just the event itself. “When we heard rumours about the new venue, it’s size and of course it’s incredible location it seemed that all our prayers had been answered! Since booking the venue the response from exhibitors and visitors has been extremely positive to say the least. The main objective with our Boutique by Chic shows has always been to provide the most glamorous buying experience possible and of course provide the UK’s ultimate line up of directional fashion accessory brands at every price point which we personally select from all over Europe and beyond.
The reaction to the quality of Boutique and our brand assortment has been unanimous since the launch event in October 2008 and I am really proud to be moving the show to our home city. ‘Chic’ events remain at their popular home at The Ricoh Arena in Coventry where the recent show in January saw a huge increase in attendance and the ‘Chic Catwalk’ was acclaimed as the best catwalk show of the season. The next Chic show commences 3^rd – 5^th July and is moving to three brand new halls at The Ricoh Arena. Mark comments: “The move to the new halls for our July Chic event will prove very popular with visitors who remember our early shows at the National Motorcycle Museum (near the NEC) as they immediately reminded me of the lovely atmosphere and luxurious facilities at that venue. I think they will make the whole buying experience more enjoyable as each hall has a different feel. The restaurant and bar facilities are sensational, there is free parking as always and the car park is actually even closer to the entrance! The whole complex is self contained and is accessed through a very plush lobby area. I look forward to welcoming all our regular visitors and hopefully some new faces to our show in July”
