New German partnership for UK shoe care and lace manufacturer Shoe-String

LEICESTERSHIRE’S shoe care supplier and lace manufacturer, Shoe-String have embarked on an exciting new partnership with German shoe shine and sole cleaning machine manufacturer, Heute, to become the exclusive UK distributor of these world renown machines.

Managing Director of Shoe-String (UK Distributors), Caroline Collins said: “We are very excited to be working with Heute and believe that by adding these machines to our range of brands and products, we are supplying something that will provide our customers with an exciting new dimension to the services they provide.”

“We are working very closely with the team in Germany to ensure that our customers across the UK and Ireland are provided with excellent service and advice to help them select the machine that is perfect for their needs.”

Heute, founded in 1905, have expanded worldwide and supply machines for both private and professional use in an industrial and commercial setting. They also supply heavy duty machinery suitable for production purposes.

2011 will see Shoe-String supplying both new machines and replacement polishes to the UK and promoting the Heute brand both to the general public and the Footwear industry.

The coin operated shoe shine machine also offers an opportunity to provide a unique and memorable customer service, bring in those extra pounds in this difficult economic time and keep customers coming back.
