Customers can shop on Brantano.co.uk by size, style, brand, product name, or using the article number. Results are shown as clear thumbnail pictures, with the brand and price displayed clearly below each item. Clicking on a picture reveals a larger dedicated image, with colour availability, sizes and materials. Customers can even zoom in and ‘see it spin’, so they can get a full 360° view of their selected shoes.

Royal Mail will dispatch shoes as recorded delivery to customers’ homes within 10 working days when ordering online, or for their convenience, customers can select an alternative address such as their workplace. Customers can also track their orders online at Brantano.co.uk, by logging in and selecting ‘internet orders’.

Customers have up to 28 days to return their chosen footwear to any Brantano store, or send them back to Brantano free of charge with Royal Mail from their Post Office. If customers prefer they can also arrange to collect their shoes from a store at no charge, which is perfect for those who want the convenience of shopping on line with the added confidence of trying before they buy.

True footwear addicts can also register online to receive the Brantano newsletter, which will be emailed to them directly, with the latest styles, Brantano news, as well as offers and promotions.
