Dr Martens are delighted to announce the latest FREEDM bands, the acts that get the chance to play support slots at this year's Ibiza Rocks. Now in its third year, Ibiza Rocks, which takes place at Manumission's beachside music venue Bar M, has rapidly become one of the hottest tickets of the summer as indie fever has well and truly made its mark on the White Isle.
Kicking off with ones to watch, Vinny Vinny, on 26th June, the FREEDM line up is an impressive array of buzz bands that are causing a storm on the live circuit and championed by FREEDM. Vinny Vinny who are carving up the underground circuit with their fresh new Indie Soul sound will be supporting festival favourites The Holloways.
Rising stars Pull Tiger Tail who recently played at the Ibiza Rocks launch party have been confirmed as support for stadium headliners Kasabian on Tuesday 17th July - a true highlight of their busy summer schedule.
The phenomenal Reverend & the Makers who have been reining over the airwaves and amassing an army of followers up and down the country at their packed out gigs are taking the FREEDM stage as support to the UK 's finest the Arctic Monkeys on 1st September.
The More Assured who are tipped as one of the UK 's hottest emerging talents are warming up the crowd before The Fratellis on 5th and 6th September. The Fratellis launched the music strand of FREEDM last year at the Roundhouse, London so this will be a truly inspirational gig for the new wave of FREEDM artists.
