As heavy rain struck the country last week, leading Hereford based discount retailer M and M Direct experienced severe flooding of their warehouse and call centre, resulting in an operational closure for four days.
Thanks to extraordinary local support and the M and M Direct team, they we were up and running again within only 4 days, by Wednesday 25th July and operating normally.
Mike Tomkins, CEO of M and M Direct comments, “Our sensational recovery from a crisis situation was no surprise to me. The focus was on teamwork and getting the business back up and running as soon as possible. I am very proud of all of our dedicated staff – they are simply the best!”
M and M Direct would like to thank everyone who helped in the clean up and also the customers for their patience and ongoing support. M and M Direct are delighted to be up and running again and are looking forward to offering more great deals and savings to their customers.
