Hotter Comfort Concept has begun a major overhaul of its mens range with the launch of five new styles on a sports-inspired sole unit called Earth.
Hotter’s designers have incorporated five distinct looks into the Earth range to appeal to as broad an audience as possible. Textured vintage and rugged waxy leathers have been used with contrast and co-ordinating trims, fabric sports tapes and rubber tabs to add detail to the shoes. From twin bar Energise through to leather lace-up Activo, Hotter is targeting this new range at a much wider age range than its traditional advocates and will make use of the ‘Made in England’ tagline to enhance customer expectations.
“Thanks to our passion for comfort and our commitment to style and quality our brand has secured a very loyal customer base in the women’s sector, with repeat business for our current collection at over 60%,” commented Sales Director Adam Charlampowicz. “We intend to build on this success to drive forward our mens business and Earth is the first step towards both meeting the high expectations of these customers and developing new markets. We will be backing the range with a raft of national advertising and marketing and I can guarantee that our new mens range will offer spectacular sales.”
Hotter’s new Earth range will be joined later in 2008 by a formal collection of classics and watch out for new developments featuring GORE-TEX® products where climate control technology will be used to develop functional footwear for both summer and winter seasons.
