Licensing push at B Brands

Footwear supplier B brands have set aside £2 million to spend on brand licences. B Brands managing director, Richard Shetliffe said he has secured a footwear licensing deal to add to the B brands roster of footwear licences including Morgan and Fullcircle, but declined to give details.
B brands is a subsidiary of high street footwear supplier The Browning Group and supplying the likes of Schuh and Barratts. B brands generate sales volumes of about £5 million annually via Morgan and Fullcircle Licenses alone.
The company are looking for a young fashion label to sit alongside its own brand label which will launch in Autumn 08, a young sporty label under the name Bliss.
