ABBEY Saddlery & Crafts has agreed a new distribution deal with leading Italian firm Castiglioni.
Based in Northern Italy, Castiglioni was established in 1960 and is now well known for supplying a wide range of products for luggage, leather goods and footwear.
The company is highly regarded internationally and was founded by Giovanni Castiglioni more than 35 years ago.
Rita Brilli of Castiglioni said: "We are looking forward to working with the team at Abbey and are very encouraged that our many products are now available in the British market."
The new agreement with Abbey will see the Cheshire-based business distributing a wide range of bag and case fittings in many styles and finishes.
Their range of metalwork will also bring new dimensions to the equestrian world with rivets, press studs and eyelets all available and new to the British market.
Abbey is already well known for its extensive range of buckles, belts, locks, bag fittings and accessories.
The family firm is delighted to have struck this new deal which continues to develop the business into new areas and to offer new products to customers.
Abbey Director Richard Brown said: "We are very excited about the new distribution agreement with Castiglioni.
"The range of products they offer is outstanding and will really help in our aim to keep developing the business and providing new and innovative products for our customers."
