Gola Classics, the original British sports brand, will open its first stand alone retail outlet in the UK on 2nd May 2008. The striking new store is located on the world renowned Carnaby St and has adopted a timeless look by incorporating modern design attributes with snippets of heritage imagery and some rare archive samples.
The new Gola store will feature a variety of exclusive footwear and apparel styles, which are unique to the Gola store. Limited edition styles and collaborations, such as ‘Gola by Jonathan Saunders' will also be available in store.
Commenting on the new store, Harvey Jacobson, Gola Classics MD, stated "Gola's first stand alone retail outlet in the UK will provide us with a foothold in the market place in London's most renowned retail location. The stylish new store should serve to enhance Gola's reputation and reinforce the brand's British heritage. The Carnaby St store follows the successful openings of a number of other stores in prominent locations around the world."
This store opening follows the successful opening of stores in Buenos Aires and Tokyo with further openings at undisclosed locations in the pipeline!
