Platino has been in the market place for a number of years in terms of its design handwriting. In the past, major high street retailers have chosen to re badge Platino under their own brand names. This will continue to be the case, but JBI have decided to launch the brand to the market of its own accord, opening new opportunities for the brand.
"Re-focusing Platino in order to start bringing it to the attention of a wider range of retailers, has already proved to be a success" explains David Buchanan, Group Marketing Manager for The Sutton Group." It has already been featured during the spring and summer in influential fashion titles such as Elle. Trade and consumer PR will increasingly be a key marketing tool for Platino throughout 2007 and 2008 seasons."

This season’s collection has been created to bring aspiration within the reach of everyone. From show stopping sexy heels through to a range of flats and sandals to add zest and spice to any outfit, treat yourself to a whole wardrobe full of ‘must haves’ and ‘to die for’s’.
"To develop this years collection the Platino design team have analysed and interpreted the latest information from sources such as online trend bible WGSN as well as visiting all the major fashion capitals, trade and catwalk shows to create high fashion inspired designs for the high street.
