Claire Pearl has joined Hotter as Chief Product Officer taking direct control of the footwear brand’s range, structure and development cycle.

This is a new position and Claire will be responsible for revitalising our collection, making it more relevant for our core demographic and transforming its commerciality for the emerging, and growing, markets we are targeting internationally.

Claire joins Hotter from Hobbs where she was Buying and Merchandising Director, with previous experience at Phase 8 and the White Company.
Based in Lancashire and established in 1959, Hotter is an international omnichannel retailer with a growing digital base.
