Dune London continues to strengthen its global focus with the appointment of a new International Director and additional store locations

James Radford joins as International Franchise and Wholesale Director and will lead the expansion of the group’s international growth strategy.

James joins Dune London from FitFlop, where he was General Manager for EMEA and brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the footwear sector, across five continents and 40 markets.
James Cox, CEO said: “James’ appointment comes at a very exciting time for Dune London as international expansion is a focal part of our overall growth strategy. James will be instrumental in the delivery of this plan by focusing efforts on specific markets with best in class support strategies and tactical initiatives which are regionally appropriate and perfectly aligned with our product and marketing investments.”

September sees the launch of 10 new locations in South America, a 33rd store in the Middle East and two new European stand-alone stores in Switzerland and Serbia.

The Zurich store is on the prime shopping street of Rennweg and will be the group’s biggest in the country. It will become the 7th Swiss store in the brand’s portfolio and will complement 14 department store concessions.

The Belgrade store is in the newly opened Rajiceva shopping centre in the centre of the town and will be the brand’s first in the region, representing a significant opportunity to explore additional locations across the Balkans.
