Hotter reveals Marie Curie Pixie Boot for AW18

Hotter is delighted to unveil an Autumn/Winter boot as part of its Marie Curie collaboration. Following the hugely successful Daffodil Mabel back in March, Hotter has launched a limited edition Pixie boot with a signature Marie Curie daffodil print lining and yellow thread and tassle highlights, inspired by Marie Curie’s iconic emblem.  Since the launch of the Hotter x Marie Curie partnership in March, Hotter has raised £66,500 for Marie Curie with a huge £37,200 of this coming from sales of the Daffodil Mabel shoe alone.

For every pair of boots sold, £20 will go to Marie Curie helping to fund an hour of Marie Curie nursing care for someone living with a terminal illness. The boot is available to buy for £85 from all Hotter stores nationwide and from

Created in Hotter’s best-selling Pixie silhouette, the Daffodil boot is practical, available in a wardrobe-staple grey hue and is perfect for the cooler months. Made from super soft suede with a lightweight, comfortable sole, Hotter’s everyday boot is the perfect way to donate, wear the daffodil and show support for Marie Curie all year round.

Sara Prowse, Hotter CEO commented: “We’re 10 months into our 12 month partnership with Marie Curie and we’ve already raised a phenomenal amount towards our target! The limited edition Daffodil shoe we created in Spring raised an amazing £37,000 for the charity which will help pay for over 1,800 hours of nursing care. In Autumn we wanted to continue this success with a limited edition Daffodil boot.”

Throughout 2018, Hotter stores and staff have been working hard to raise as much money as possible for the charity by taking part in fundraising danceathons, cycle races and tea parties.

Marie Curie are dedicated to helping people living with a terminal illness and their families make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert hands-on care, as well as providing emotional and practical support. Marie Curie fundraise in order to provide care and support to people living with a terminal illness and their families while helping to fund research and campaign for better ways of providing end of life care.

The Daffodil Pixie is available to buy now at or at Hotter stores nationwide.
