On behalf of our client, we are looking for the above mentioned candidate. The worldwide company with focus on outdoor equipment is expanding into the footwear section. Location would be in Germany directly in the HQ.
The ideal person will drive the whole creation process in the footwear department and must be able to transform the designer sketches into commercially viable products.
Your profile
You have a bachelor degree or you are shoe-technician
You have a minimum of 2-3 years work experience in sport shoes
You understand the product creation process
You can calculate costs and you know the production
You can work self motivated but also in teams
You have excellent interpersonal skills and you can solve problem easily
You are able to articulate clear the company goals and objectives
Your English is excellent, German or Italian would be a plus
Ability to travel often to Asia
If you are a sport enthusiast would be very good
