For our customer, a worldwide well-known women shoe brand with a long history we are
looking for an experienced senior designer.
If you believe that footwear makes the difference than you are the right person to support and to innovate the existing design and to implement the heritage.
The company is producing exclusively in Europe. The collection is mostly casual with
excellent fitting and quality. Price-level is and middle-high.
Distributed are the shoes around the world.
You will be head of the design team and will coordinate as well the external freelance
designers.
You will report directly the CEO.
Your profile
Minimum of 7-10 years experience with women shoe brands
Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design & Technology
Specialization in Footwear Design
You are very creative
You know about pattern making and CAD
Excellent taste
Convincing track record
Futuristic mindset
Good communication skills
Positive thinking
Natural leadership quality
Team-player
You are fluent in English, Italian and German would be a plus
