Make-A-Wish® UK has officially announced a partnership with British clothing retailer Peacocks,
which aims to raise £250,000, with the shared ambition to make as many wishes for children with
critical illnesses come true.

Established in 1884, Peacocks has been at the heart of the British High Street for more than a
century, priding itself as a value-for-money retailer. The partnership with Make-A-Wish will see the
company support fundraising and awareness for the next 12 months.

Peacocks will be supporting the charity through both employee fundraising projects as well as in
stores through the sale of Make-A-Wish branded products.

The partnership is being launched in December with 15% of sales from selected Christmas lines, that
can be purchased in store and online, going to the children’s charity.

Peacocks COO Steve Simpson stated: “Every child deserves to have a childhood that is full of fun and
happiness. Unfortunately, some children have parts of their childhood stolen due to a critical illness.
We are delighted to be in partnership with Make-A-Wish to support granting wishes to these brave
children.”
