Brabazon-10th-HoleAll proceeds will go to the Trade Charities of Footwear Friends and the LHTBI

This year the Championship is to be held at the prestigious Belfry Golf complex in Warwickshire on the Brabazon and PGA National Courses on June 11th, 12th and 13th 2014.

The Belfry is unique as the only venue to have staged the biggest golf event in the world, the Ryder Cup Matches, an unprecedented four times.
The Belfry has become synonymous with golf and is a Mecca for both professional and amateur players, the championship courses sculptured from 550 acres of lush Warwickshire countryside have provoked some of the most dramatic moments in the history of golf.

The Brabazon is regarded throughout the world as a great championship course with some of the most demanding holes in golf, the 10th (Ballesteros’s Hole) and the 18th, with its dangerous lakes and the amphitheatre around the green are world famous. The PGA National Course is a new legend in the making, which has won plaudits from far and near.

A Midlands venue for the first time in over 50 years is hoping to attract more golfers. Visitors and Guests are most welcome and can play with their invitee or in groups of three, as part of the main Championship. All the proceeds from the Championship going to the Trade Charities of Footwear Friends and the LHTBI.

The Informal Trade Dinner will be held on the Thursday June 12th, in the Lichfield Suite at The Belfry, and again Guests are very welcome.

“The event continues to raise substantial funds for the two Trade Charities, Footwear Friends and the LHTBI, we donated £16.000 last year”, Rodney Gibson.
